At Flora Flowers, we care about delivering fresh, beautiful flowers and delightful chocolate arrangements right to your doorstep. Due to the delicate and perishable nature of our products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure quality for all our customers.
Return Window
For flower bouquets and chocolate-based gifts, returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 hours of delivery on the same day.
After 3 hours, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds as these items are perishable.
Eligibility for Return
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email update about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few working days.

Exchanges
We only replace products that arrive damaged or defective. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 3 hours of delivery.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift, you may receive a gift credit for approved returns. If the gift giver had the order sent directly to you, you’ll receive store credit. If the order was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will go to them.
