📍 Delivery Coverage

We offer delivery to the following major cities in Pakistan:

  • Lahore

  • Karachi

  • Islamabad

  • Select areas in Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and more

For outstation deliveries or remote areas, please contact our support team before placing your order to confirm availability.


🕒 Same-Day Delivery

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are eligible for same-day delivery.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off will be scheduled for next-day delivery.

  • Same-day delivery is available 7 days a week, including public holidays (subject to availability).


🌍 International Orders

We proudly serve overseas Pakistanis placing orders from:

  • United Kingdom (UK)

  • United States (USA)

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Canada, Australia, and other countries

International customers can select from our online store, pay securely in their local currency, and have flowers or gifts delivered to loved ones in Pakistan.


🎁 Delivery Timing & Slots

  • While we strive to meet preferred time slots, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to local conditions and delivery volumes.

  • Deliveries are typically made between 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

  • Morning or fixed-time deliveries can be requested at an additional cost (subject to availability).


📦 Packaging & Freshness

  • All flowers and gift items are hand-delivered by our local florists or partners.

  • We ensure that your order arrives fresh, secure, and beautifully packaged.


⚠️ Delivery Restrictions

  • Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather, strikes, or recipient unavailability.

  • In case the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we may:

    • Call the recipient for a suitable time

    • Leave the package with a neighbor or reception (with your permission)

    • Attempt re-delivery (additional charges may apply)


🔁 Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before delivery time.

  • To make changes, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
